I had the opportunity to experience Carnival in Barcelona. In short, it is a second Halloween for the city as children to teenagers to adults all dress up in absurd costumes like cows, babies, and robots. While it was nothing like Rio's carnival, it was an experience. Unfortunately, it rained the night of the parade, but that did not stop the celebration.
