Haggis, Neeps, and Tatties

Haggis, neeps, and tatties is a traditional Scotish dish. Neeps refers to turnips and tatties are potatoes. Haggis is the combination of a sheep's heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys cooked in the sheep's stomach with oats and spices. A delicious treat that is served as layered dish with ample gravy on top.

The haggis is on top.

yummy!
